Background

This seminar formed part of a work package for ZBLSA and brought together, by invitation, a number of experts as well as the team members of the Join-Up projects. The aim was to review and discuss available choices on technologies and protocols for reference linking with particular focus on linking to the appropriate copy. This was achieved through a programme of excellent presentations followed by an interesting and lively discussion among the thirty participants.
