Ross MacintyreRoss Macintyre is Senior Project Manager (Special Projects) at Manchester Computing and joint ZETOC Project Manager (with Stephen Andrews). He is currently responsible for the ISI Web of Science and zetoc services and the technical development work associated with zetoc and the National Electronic Site Licence Initiative (NESLI). Previously within Manchester Computing, Ross was Technical Project Manager for the SuperJournal project and other work undertaken includes the development of a prototype digital archive of the prestigious science journal Nature in conjunction with Higher Education Digitisation Service and the provision of research and development work undertaken for publishers (including OUP, CABI and Stockton Press). Before joining the University, Ross was Data Conversion Manager with SCT International Ltd, working on the North West Water Project and was responsible for the successful conversion of the client's data on the data on the (then) largest ORACLE client/server development in the world. Previously Ross spent 12 years within IT services at British Gas at various locations. |
