ZBLSA interface

Portals may use ZBLSA as follows:

• A 'ZBLSA' button may be added to each bibliographic record displayed on a page.
• Portal developers can label the button appropriately (rather than labelling it ZBLSA).
• By clicking the button, a user activates a ZBLSA request; results are presented by the portal.
